Where you act on behalf of another individual (for example registering a family member's interest), you must first obtain that individual's consent before providing their Personal Data to us.

• PropNex Realty Pte Ltd and our co-broking partners, where necessary for a transaction

• Regulators and law enforcement officials, where required by law or in connection with legal proceedings
• Third-party service providers who host or support this website and our communications, acting on our behalf

We will not sell or rent your Personal Data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
