Your's Ideal Home Search is a Singapore property advisory site run by Chris Wong and Elaine Lee, two PropNex salespersons who work as a pair rather than as individual agents. The site exists to help buyers and sellers in Singapore make sense of a busy new launch calendar: which sites are coming up, what the indicative prices and dates actually mean, how Executive Condominium rules work, and how an upgrade from an HDB flat can be planned before the money is committed.

It is written mainly for Singapore households with one property to their name: young couples buying a first home, families upsizing from a flat, and owners thinking about right-sizing or holding a rental. Rather than pushing a single project, the pages set out the trade-offs — location against price, integrated amenities against a quieter site, a brand-new unit against a resale one that is already en bloc-tested. Where a date or price is only the developer's indication, the site says so.

The content is built and maintained by Chris and Elaine themselves, working from developer briefings, HDB and URA land sale results, published price lists and their own showflat visits. Enquiries submitted through the site come directly to them, not to a call centre or a lead broker, and every conversation starts with your budget and timeline rather than a project brochure.
